In order to develop a framework for analysing and documenting issues related to sustainability of rural water services in Ghana, the Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA), in collaboration with IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre Ghana, through Triple-S Ghana, has come up with a set of service level and sustainability indicators for rural water services in Ghana.
