Abstract

Report of a a two-day meeting convened by the Osprey Foundation and Aguaconsult building on the All Systems Connect conference held earlier in 2023 and ongoing system strengthening initiatives in the sector. Discussions and group work around three main themes: (1) Stimulating and sustaining government leadership in support of systems
strengthening; (2) Generating stronger evidence to support system strengthening, and (3) Improving collective action to accelerate system strengthening efforts. For each theme practical actions were formulated that can contribute to the acceleration of systems strengthening.
