Winnie Musoke is IRC Uganda's finance and administration officer. She was previously the office manager for the Triple-S project in Uganda.
Winnie holds a Masters of Business Administration in Information Technology (MBAIT) from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical & Technological Sciences (India) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences majoring in Economics from Makerere University, Kampala.
Winnie has over ten years experience in planning, budgeting, implementing and accounting for large donor grants and local organisational financial projects / activities for internationally funded projects like USAID and UNIDO.
Prior to Triple-S, Winnie worked as an Administrator / Information Technology Manager with Development Research & Training (DRT), Chronic Poverty Research Center Uganda (CPRC-Uganda) and as Project Technical Assistant with Connectivity for Educator Development (Connect-ED), a project funded Academy for Educator Development - New York (AED) through USAID.
