Prior to joining IRC, she was a teaching assistant for Fulbright Austria and an intern at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the National Environment Commission of the Kingdom of Bhutan. She completed her MA in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and her BA in Environmental Studies and German from Bowdoin College.
