Amélie Dubé joined the IRC team in 2010 as a Programme Officer. Her work, focused on the West African region, involves action research, policy analysis, process facilitation, and advocacy. She focuses on issues around service provision in rural contexts and WASH-related behaviours change. Amélie Dubé has an academic background in Urban Planning, Environmental Health, and Project Management, and she additionally has ample experience in research methods, stemming from her work prior to IRC. Amélie is a native French speaker, and is fully proficient in English and Spanish.
