Programme officer | IRC Niger
Ismael has a masters' degree in banking finance insurance and international humanitarian action, with a specialization in gouvernance. He joined IRC in 2019 after working in the financial sector of several NGOs. At IRC, Ismael is a programme officer whose main mission is to work in partnership with local and central partners and authorities to build and strengthen WASH systems.
